Banking on text messaging as a reliable and quick communications tool for reporting, the newly-formed Workers Election Watch (WE Watch) on Monday announced cellphone numbers where workers and other citizens could send reports of acts of election fraud.

The country’s working people are concerned on the prospects for free and fair elections, and they will take this concern a step further with the launch of WE WATCH slated on Monday, Feb. 22, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at Max’s Restaurant near the Commission on Elections national office.
