Liberal candidates Noynoy Aquino and Mar Roxas, and reelectionist Nacionalista senator Pia Cayetano topped independent mock polls among overseas Filipino workers in the United Arab Emirates.
Kontra Daya today released its observations and reports from the mock elections held by the Commission on Elections in select schools in the country. It recommends another round of mock polls, citing questions on the conduct and outcome of the exercise.
