In line with the automated election system to be implemented on May 10, the Commission on Election will hold mock elections on February 6 in select areas of the country to test how poll would work
The mock polls are scheduled from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm at the following schools:
- New Era Elementary School – Quezon City
- Maharlika Elementary School – Taguig City
- Gen. Ricardo Papa Memorial High School – Taguig City
- Pines City National High School – Baguio City
- Community Youth Center – Baguio City
- Bulacao Community School – Cebu City
- Mabini Elementary School – Cebu City
- Alejandra Navarro Elementary School – Davao City
- Generoso Elementary School – Davao City
The main objective of the mock poll is to see the overall function of the precinct count optical scan machines (PCOS) which includes the counting and transmission to the server.
